Our MISSION here at PLATES is to provide affordable health & fitness programs locally, a network of friends, activities, and other resources. We strive to inspire, enrich, and motivate our community towards a healthier and more active lifestyle in a non-intimidating environment that anyone can access. We believe wealth does not get to dictate one's health, offering income based and volunteer memberships & services.
We, at PLATES will help you open the line to connect and balance your mind & heart with your body, unlocking the healthiest version of YOU possible.

How does the donation thing work?
Ultimately, the idea is, those that can afford to give a bit more, will balance those who need a little help. Just request an appointment with us to confidentially discuss your options. We have listed some suggested rates to give you a guide when deciding the amount of your support payment.

Why are we doing this?
We believe in revitalizing the hope in humanity through helping people feel what it's like to finally have their HEALTH. As a residual benefit, the world's future improves. If money has been your barrier, it isn't any more. So spot what you can in the donation box, and enjoy access to health.

MEMBERSHIP LEVELS
Level 1 (Basic) Gym Use Only: $20/mo
Level 2 (Class Basic) Gym Use & Reg. Weekly Classes Only: $30/mo
Level 3 (Class Prime) Gym Use, Reg. Weekly Classes & 1 Health Coaching Session every 6-8 Weeks: $35/mo

ADDITIONAL SERVICES
1/2 HR One on One Training Session - $35
1 HR One on One Training Session - $60
3 Month Package: 10 Sessions, 1/2 hours, Nutrition Coaching - $400
6 Month Package: 20 Sessions, 1/2 hours, Nutrition Coaching - $700
(Payment Plans Available.)

This town is in for one pretty unique, fresh concept fitness center. It is our goal to help bring people together to just BE ACTIVE. Learn to love fitness and eating healthy. Free your mind and your literal butt will follow, right?!! Haha.

The Fitness Facility: This is for EVERY body and EVERYBODY.
Get an amazing workout from cross training & Olympic lifting, bodybuilding, yoga, suspension training, classes, outdoor activities, youth classes, kickin' tunes, you can DROP it and CHALK it, high five FOR REAL, classes, competitions... We will also be fully staffed with inspiring individuals that can help you not just want to workout... but CRAVE it.
